I have just returned from the GAMA Trade Show in Las Vegas and have to say that the folks at GAMA did a great job with the exhibitor room, the classes, the venue and the just plain fun. The exhibitors were amazing and so incredibly generous about donating games and other perks and swag to my cruises. On the last day of the show, I was walking around with a little luggage-type metal carrier collecting all of the contributions and it was so funny. A little metal rig with ONE bungie cord as I was trying to not only stack the games in a logical fashion but get it all out to my car. I looked like some kind of insane Santa. People were actually questioning the structural integrity of my cart! Once again this community has made me realize that we are all part of a really, really incredible group of people. Logo's and links to all of these amazing companies and individuals will be up on the site as they send me their logos. Thank you so much........
We returned from our gamer cruise last month and had a fantastic time! We gamed, saw Mayan ruins, rode horses on the beach, swam with stingrays, snorkeled, zip-lined through the jungle canopy of Belize and shopped til we dropped in the Bahamas! Then, of course, we gamed some more! Meeting new friends and expanding our community was one of the best things about coming together on this adventure. An album of pictures should be available soon and I can't wait to start meeting and greeting new and returning friends on our next cruise in March 2009. Thank you everyone for one of the most fun vacations we've ever had!
We've put together this site so that everyone can keep up on all of the things that are going on! Please check our posts often, and ask alot of questions. Let's game on Vacation! We can't wait to meet you!
