PRIZES: Skräll The designers of Skrall (www.skrall.com) have committed three games to be placed in our drawings on board! Normally retailing for about $35.00, this is a great prize to go home with! For those of you who enjoy a more traditional venue, Randy Rose of Big Sunday (http://www.bigsunday.com/) is offering a copy of the only football boardgame that teaches you football plays, strategy and lingo. Even if you are not a football enthusiast, you'll at least learn who's faking it around the watercooler! Go Team! Simon Rogers of Profantasy Software (http://www.profantasy.com/) and Pelgrane Press (http://www.pelgranepress.com/) has donated a boatload, pardon the pun, of items to our prize pool! Including Campaign Cartographer software and games from the Gumshoe Collection, Esoterrorists and Unremitting Horror....Thanks Simon! Out of the Box Games is sending a bunch of games our way! They've got lots of variety and deserve a look...go to http://www.otb-games.com/ and check them out. Tons of great games for every age. Knucklebones Magazine has donated magazines and subscriptions to our adventure, check them out at www.jonespublishing.com for a preview of a great, great magazine. Palladium Books (RIFTS) has gone overboard with their donations to both the prize pool and the game library on board! Prize-wise, these signed books are signed by everyone; owner, artists, writers...amazing! Check out www.palladiumbooks.com for more information on RIFTS and the lastest news about ROBOTECH. GenCon Indy is giving out 4-day passes to the "best four days in gaming" in 2008. I might even put in my own name for that one! Check out dates, other GenCon events and get the GenCon fever at www.gencon.com.
SPECIAL GUESTS: Skräll, Paul R. Smith and Anthony Pendleton, the designers of Skräll, have agreed to come along on our cruise and run games of Skräll, . Playing with the designers should be a lot of fun! Paul Smith is also a video game script writer. One of his most popular games is the award winning “Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter”. If have a copy, bring it along and he’ll sign it for you. His most infamous project, and possibly his most difficult and long-term venture to date, is that he is married to me, Kimberly Maita! HA!
